Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. We ship USPS International Priority (6-10 business days) unless there is a massive price discrepancy, as all shipping charges are estimated at checkout. Shipments outside the U.S. do not include charges for any additional handling, VAT, duty, custom charges or import fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and may need to be paid prior to delivery. Please check with your local post office for further details and a fee schedule.

PAINTINGS

Paintings above 60" that are shipping domestically will be removed from its stretcher bars and shipped rolled along with stretcher bars. You may take it to an art or framing shop to have it re-stretched, or it is very easy to re-stretch the canvas yourself. There are lots of Youtube videos and since the folds will still be visible, all you need is a staple gun to reassemble! Britt Bass is not responsible for any complications during this process.

PRINTS

Prints under 16x20" will ship flat, backed by foam core. If it is larger than this size, it will be shipped rolled in a tube.

Canvas prints over 20" that are shipping internationally will shipped rolled with stretcher bars. You may take it to a local art or framing shop to have it stretched, or it is very easy to do yourself as there are lots of how-to YouTube videos.
